Monel K500 Ball Valve is fabricated from a high-performance nickel alloy, which consists of 63% nickel, 28% copper, and trace amounts of aluminum and titanium. The composition ensures extremely good resistance to corrosion, especially in seawater, acids, and aggressive mediums. The valve has high tensile strength, high hardness, and superior resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Monel K500 is also stable at elevated temperatures and possesses good fatigue resistance. Physically, it possesses excellent resistance to oxidation, guaranteeing long-term reliability under harsh operating conditions.
