Titanium check valves are made from high-quality titanium alloys, commonly T-6Al-4V, that have unparalleled strength as well as corrosion-resistant properties. Mechanically, they have a tensile strength of about 895 MPa, yield strength of 830 MPa, and elongation of about 10%. These valves have tremendous fatigue resistance and can perform under high-pressure conditions up to a specified limit. Physicaly, titanium check valves are light with a weight of 4.5 g/cm³, have a melting point of about 1,668°C, and are strong structurally when exposed to high temperatures, thereby suitable for application in extreme temperature conditions.
