Titanium Gr 5 Needle Valve is constructed using Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) alloy that is made of around 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. This provides exceptional strength and resistance against corrosion. The valve has outstanding mechanical properties like tensile strength of 895 MPa, yield strength of 828 MPa, and elongation of 10%. It can be used for applications involving high pressures. Its physical attributes are low density (4.43 g/cm³), high melting point (1,660°C), and outstanding fatigue and oxidation resistance, with the assurance of long life in severe conditions.
