Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) contains 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium and provides a tensile strength of 895 MPa and yield strength of 828 MPa. Both grades possess a density of ~4.5 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1600-1665°C, providing consistent performance under harsh conditions.
