Super Duplex Stainless Steel Condensate Pots consist of an evenly balanced combination of 24-26% chromium, 6-8% nickel, 3-5% molybdenum, nitrogen, and manganese to provide enhanced corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The pots exhibit a yield strength of approximately 550 MPa, tensile strength of 750-800 MPa, and elongation of 25%, offering maximum durability in the case of high-pressure conditions. With a density of 7.8 g/cm³, thermal conductivity of 15 W/m·K, and excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, they function well in aggressive industrial environments.
