Super Duplex Stainless Steel Syphon & Snubber consist of 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, nitrogen, and manganese, providing superior corrosion resistance and strength. They provide a yield strength of about 550 MPa and tensile strength of up to 800 MPa, with about 25% elongation for increased flexibility under pressure. With a specific gravity of 7.8 g/cm³ and thermal conductivity of 15 W/m·K, they have high resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion and are therefore suitable for hostile industrial environments.
