321 Stainless Steel Needle Valves consist of iron, chromium (17-19%), nickel (9-12%), and titanium (a minimum of five times the carbon content) to stabilize for carbide precipitation. The composition improves high-temperature operation and corrosion resistance. Its mechanical properties include tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of 40%. Physical it is 7.9 g/cm³, has a melting point of 1398-1446°C, and a very good thermal conductivity, appropriate for harsh environments.
